Planned Preventative Maintenance

The need:
Legislation requires you to observe:

  The provision and use of work equipment regulations PUWER 1998
  The electricity at work regulations 1989
  Insurance requirement and regulations that require you to maintain your equipment.

We Offer:
A service that is vital to companies who wish to operate with the minimum of downtime, saving on production losses and helping to keep profits to a maximum and complying with legislation.

On request, we will visit site and carry out a survey of the plant, formulating a register of equipment. If existing registers are available it can be updated if necessary.

From this we will establish a service plan specifically designed to keep the plant in optimum condition i.e whether inspection periods need to be 3, 6 or 12 months.

We will then visit site at the specified period to service the plant.

This service can include, electric motor condition monitoring, bearing analysis, dynamic balancing, lubrication, remedial repairs, consumable replacements, electrical health & safety checks, to name but a few.
